Exchange-Only Policy
We offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unused items that are returned within 24 hours of receiving your order, as long as they are in their original condition with all tags still attached. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for more information on how to process an exchange.
Why No Refunds?
Due to the nature of our products (baby and kids clothing), we are unable to offer refunds. This policy helps us maintain the quality and safety of our items, as well as minimize the risk of reselling products that may no longer meet safety standards. We accept exchanges for items that are requested within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
Requirements for Exchange
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email must be provided for any exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags must still be attached.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in the original packaging (if possible) to ensure they are protected during the exchange process.
